Sean “Diddy” Combs has been hit with yet another lawsuit, this time he is accused of an*lly r*ping a street performer.
John Doe traveled from Chicago to Los Angeles to try and make it big in the music industry.
The lawsuit alleges that Diddy lured the street musician using a Bad Boy employee by telling the man that he had the opportunity to sign to Diddy’s record label, claiming they were seeking “emerging talent.”
Doe was invited to a house party in Los Angeles and a black Cadillac Escalade was sent to pick him up just 90 minutes later. He was brought to Diddy who handed him a drink, complimented his voice and told him to sit so they could talk business. Diddy then invited him to look at his jewelry collection but on the way, he started to feel drowsy.

The man refused Diddy’s sexual advances, even after Diddy threatened to pull any potential contract.
“After some small talk, Combs drugged and forcefully r*ped Doe. This case seeks compensatory and punitive damages for that violent sexual assault,” the court documents read. “The conduct described herein is shockingly typical of how Defendant Sean Combs conducted himself for many years. Many individuals and entities facilitated and conspired with this abhorrent conduct. Sean Combs believed he was above the law. He is not.”
The alleged victim is being represented by attorney Tony Buzbee.
