Sean “Diddy” Combs has been hit with yet another lawsuit by a woman who claims he “gang-raped” her as revenge after she insinuated he was involved in Tupac Shakur’s death.
In a lawsuit filed Tuesday in federal court in California and seen by Page Six, Ashley Parham claims she was targeted after meeting a friend of the Bad Boy Records founder at a bar in February 2018. The man proceeded to boast about knowing Combs and allegedly called him through FaceTime, where she told the music mogul she believed he had something to do with Shakur’s death in 1996.

On March 23, 2018, Combs’ friend allegedly “set her up” to be raped when he invited her to his Orinda, Calif., home to help him administer cancer drugs “because he was weak,” per the suit.
While in the friend’s home, she claims Combs showed up and told her “she thought she would never see him in person.”
She alleges in the court documents that he then pressed a knife against her face and threatened to give her a “Glasgow smile” for her comments about Shakur, which is a wound caused by cutting the corners of a person’s mouth up to their ears.
A month after she made the comment, she was allegedly set up to be assaulted by Combs. Parham claims Khorram threatened to send her far away as well.
Per the lawsuit, it was then that Combs allegedly took off the woman’s clothes and covered her body in a liquid substance he had taken out of a fanny pack.
Parham claims Combs and Khorram attempted to insert an IUD, which is a form of contraception, in her but failed, so the record executive instead raped her with a TV remote. He allegedly also raped her anally and instructed two men to do the same before she was raped vaginally by a fourth man, according to the suit.

However, she claims in the court papers that she ultimately chose to confront Combs, who expressed his surprise to see her outside, as he had given her “enough drugs to take out a horse.”
She further claims Combs tried to pay her off and say their encounter was consensual, which she refused. He then allegedly threatened to hurt her family if she went to the cops and even showed her a livestream of her sister’s home.
Parham also sensationally claims that Combs called his mom, Janice Combs, in an attempt to convince her not to report the rape. Janice allegedly brushed off Parham’s assault accusations and even yelled at her to not hurt her son.

Parham claims she then threatened to stab Sean with the knife she had been clutching and managed to grace his abdomen before bolting away from the house.
She also says she went to a hospital a few weeks later and got a rape kit done in addition to attempting to report the alleged attack to police.
She is suing Sean, Khorram and other defendants and seeking $50 million in damages.

Reps for the Sean John founder did not respond to Page Six’s multiple requests for comment on Parham’s claims.
However, Sean has long denied any wrongdoing, with his legal team telling us earlier this week that the “barrage” of lawsuits against their A-list client are “clear attempts to garner publicity” ahead of his trial, which is scheduled to begin in May 2025.
