Dijak is one of the top talents on WWE NXT right now. He is featured on television every week now. Prior to the ‘birth’ of Dijak, the NXT star was part of a faction called Retribution on Monday Night Raw. The leader of the group was Mustafa Ali. Dijak’s name while he was part of the faction was T-Bar.
Recently, a fan took to Twitter to share some thoughts about T-Bar and Dijak. The fan insinuated that he was happy that the T-Bar character existed only because if it wasn’t for the presence of that character, the current superstar, Dijak wouldn’t be present to feast our eyes.
In a response to the fan, the former Retribution member mentioned that being T-Bar was an absolutely awful experience. But, despite how bad the gimmick was, Dijak mentioned that the gimmick was a very enlightening experience. The NXT star claimed that the gimmick has helped him in appreciating everything he has now and will not be taking anything for granted and every experience will teach him something more valuable.
“Obviously I shitpost a lot, especially about T-Bar and Retribution, and deservedly so because it was awful… BUT, I’ll say this. It taught us perspective, how to endure, how to appreciate, and how to fight for everything. Take something valuable from every experience. We did,” Dijak tweeted.

Dijak is not going to take anything for granted
Dijak’s most recent match was the Asylum Match against Joe Gacy at NXT Roadblock. During the match, the Six Foot-Seven star hit a Moonsault from the top of the Steel Cage. He got some criticism for taking a big risk during his match. Dijak sent out a tweet addressing the negative feedback. He mentioned that when he was T-Bar he was in tears every week desperately waiting for WWE to fire him. Thus, he is grateful to Shawn Michaels and Triple H for still believing in him and giving him another opportunity.
“People who tell me I shouldn’t do a moonsault off the top of a cage have never been T-Bar barely treading water on Main Event & tearfully staring at my phone waiting to be fired. I don’t take a second of this for granted and I’m eternally grateful to @ShawnMichaels & @TripleH,” Dijak tweeted.
