Donald Trump celebrates New Year’s Eve with Melania, Elon Musk and more at Mar-a-Lago

President-elect Donald Trump and his wife, Melania Trump, rang in the new year with a party at his Mar-a-Lago estate that notable guests like Elon Musk attended.

The Tesla CEO arrived to the bash while carrying his son X AE A-XII on his shoulders on Tuesday night in Palm Beach, Fla.

Several attendees posted videos and photos from the star-studded event that showed Musk dancing with both his son and Trump throughout the night.

At one point, Musk, 53, and Trump, 78, were seen busting out a few of Trump’s famous dance moves to the Village People’s 1978 hit song, “Y.M.C.A.,” per a video shared to X on Wednesday.

Another video showed Musk standing next to Trump on a balcony while he continued holding X AE A-XII on his shoulders and bopped to a remix of Pitbull’s song “Feel This Moment.”

Trump’s daughter-in-law Lara Trump also took the stage at one point to belt out a few songs –– including her rendition of “I Won’t Back Down” by Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers.

Musk once again held his son on his shoulders for the song, and the little one got into the groove by banging both of his hands on his dad’s head to the beat, per another video shared on X.

The SpaceX founder –– who will co-lead the new Department of Government Efficiency in Trump’s administration –– dressed up for the occasion in a black tuxedo with a black bowtie, and his four-year-old son wore a similar outfit.

Meanwhile, Trump also sported a black tuxedo and black bowtie, while Melania dazzled in a black gown with a slit on the side.

Other notable guests included Vice President-elect JD Vance and his wife, Usha, the Prime Minister of Australia Scott Morrison and his wife, Jenny Morrison, and Senator Ted Cruz, among others.

The former president’s kids, Eric Trump, Donald Trump Jr. and Tiffany Trump were also present with their respective spouses. Donald Trump Jr. even brought along his new girlfriend, socialite Bettina Anderson, to the party.

The couple made headlines last month when Page Six reported that Donald Jr. had broken off his engagement from Kimberly Guilfoyle and quickly pursued a relationship with Anderson.

“Bettina and Don have been together for a few months, and are super cute and happy together. It’s just a natural fit — everyone is happy for them!” a source previously told us.
