Donald Trump says he will “absolutely” debate Vice President Kamala Harris.
In fact, after proclaiming earlier this week that the upcoming scheduled next presidential face-off on ABC in September should be moved to Fox News, the former POTUS and three-time GOP nominee now is asking for at least one more and maybe multiple debates against the newly minted presumptive Democratic nominee.
The remarks by Trump came Tuesday on a conference call with the media. On that call, Trump also took a swipe at ABC for what he sees as overly positive coverage of Harris since she jumped into the race this weekend. Roaring last night to more than enough pledged delegates to secure the DNC nomination on the first ballot and pulling in more than $230 million in donations in less than 36 hours, the Joe Biden endorsed Harris has quickly made felon Trump the target of her barbs on the campaign trail yesterday and today.
