Drew McIntyre says he “saw red” after he got busted open at WWE Bad Blood, and he shares the aftermath.
McIntyre bled profusely during his Hell in a Cell match against CM Punk at WWE Bad Blood. He was busted open after Punk hit him with a metal toolbox. Punk went on to win the match. Mike Johnson of PWInsider reported that McIntyre was legitimately busted open, and he needed 16 staples to close the wound. Likewise, Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful reported that McIntyre got 16 staples, but he was fine otherwise.
In a tweet, Drew McIntyre simply wrote, “I saw red.” The post included pictures that showed how bloody McIntyre was at WWE Bad Blood. One of the pictures revealed the aftermath, as McIntyre clearly got staples due to a notable wound on his head.
