Two former WWE Champions have qualified for the Men’s Elimination Chamber match at WWE Elimination Chamber.

Qualifying matches began on the February 9 episode of WWE SmackDown. First, Drew McIntyre and AJ Styles battled it out in a hard-fought match. In the end, a distraction from LA Knight, who was on commentary for the match, helped McIntyre win the bout with a Claymore.

In the main event, Randy Orton defeated Sami Zayn cleanly with an RKO to punch his own ticket to Elimination Chamber. McIntyre confronted him after the bell as SmackDown came to an end.

Qualifying matches will continue on the February 12 episode of WWE RAW. The winner of the Men’s Elimination Chamber match will earn the right to challenge for the World Heavyweight Championship at WrestleMania 40.
