We are less than a week away from WrestleMania 40. One of the marquee matches of night two of the grand show is the match between Seth Rollins and Drew McIntyre for the WWE World Heavyweight title. The Visionary will also be in the main event of WrestleMania Night One in a tag team match where he’ll team with Cody Rhodes to take on Roman Reigns and The Rock.
Last night on Monday Night Raw, the WWE World Heavyweight Champion demanded a match against The Rock, and if The Final Boss didn’t want to, then he was ready to wrestle Roman Reigns. But in the end, Solo Sikoa accepted the challenge and it was under Bloodline Rules. During the match, Rollins and Cody Rhodes were both beaten down by The Bloodline.
Following Raw, on Raw Talk, The Scottish Warrior Drew McIntyre shared his thoughts about what transpired and claimed that Rollins was voluntarily putting himself at a disadvantage.
“Yeah. [This puts Seth Rollins at a further disadvantage heading into WrestleMania 40.] This is one of many things that has put him at a disadvantage. And he has put himself at a disadvantage. Look at me right now, relaxed, chilled. Because we are literally days away from a World Title match at WrestleMania. I had fun. I had my funeral slash roast of Punk and Rollins. That’s what you should be doing Seth. Chilling out, saving yourself for WrestleMania. And I told you what was going to happen. I’m not psychic. It doesn’t take Nostradamus to predict this was all going to happen. Just get yourself up. Get to the tag match. Please make it through. Make it to Sunday. It has to be you I beat. At this point, I have said it all. Good luck,” Drew McIntyre said.
