Newcastle continue to work hard to qualify for next season’s Champions League, and they could have a familiar name joining them for any European sojourn.
There’s still all to play for of course, and the clubs around the Magpies will have a say in where they end up.
If they don’t qualify for Europe, one Newcastle ace could move to Real Madrid.
Newcastle could land in form Dutchman
Man City are also targeting Sandro Tonali, and the lure of playing under Pep Guardiola could see the Italian move on.
Regardless, it would appear that the Magpies are more concerned about the future of Alexander Isak.

Even if Eddie Howe does manage to guide his side back into the premier European competition, there are no guarantees that Isak stays given that he could earn the club a pretty penny.
From the point of view of the Premier League’s Profit and Sustainability Rules, that may prove more beneficial for the long-term financial health of the club.
Justin Kluivert could join Newcastle
That may also be the reason why, according to The Sun, they are scouting Bournemouth’s brilliant Justin Kluivert.

The Dutchman has an impressive 11 goals and four assists in 23 games in all competitions during 24/25 (transfermarkt), and has been one of the driving forces behind the Cherries vintage campaign.
Were Kluivert to pull on the famous black and white striped shirt, he would be following in the footsteps of his father, Patrick, who strutted his stuff at St. James’ Park twenty years ago.
