The injuries are piling up for the Blues. After the withdrawals of Wesley Fofana and Ferland Mendy, both replaced by Loic Badé and Lucas Digne, Didier Deschamps will also have to do without Aurélien Tchouaméni for this September gathering and the two Nations League matches, against Italy (September 6, at the Parc des Princes) and Belgium (September 10, at the Groupama Stadium).

“A left foot injury will prevent the Real Madrid midfielder from participating in the next two matches of the Blues”specifies the press release from the French team. The Blues midfielder will be replaced by Mattéo Guendouzi. The Lazio Rome player will join the group in the coming hours to compensate for the injury of the Madrid midfielder.
