Zinedine Zidane has still not found a sideline since his departure from Real Madrid in 2021. However, the 1998 world champion thought that the door to the France team was going to open wide. But that was before the extension of Didier Deschamps until 2026. And for the president of the FFF, Philippe Diallo, DD is far from being threatened.

“Zinedine Zidane is one of the monuments of French football, the first thing is to have both recognition and gratitude for everything he has brought to the French. Then, we have the greatest coach in French football in place until 2026… Everything is said”he declared in an interview with Figaro.
