Edimilson Fernandes loaned to Stade Brestois

Stade Brestois’ summer transfer window has accelerated in the last few hours. After having made official the arrival of Kamory Doumbia, SB29 announced, this Friday evening, the loan of Edimilson Fernandes (28 years old). The player arrives from Mainz and is therefore preparing to play in the Champions League.

Defensive midfielder aged 28 and Swiss international (30 caps) Edimilson Fernandes was trained at FC Sion where he played 65 matches between 2016 and 2019 before signing for West Ham, a Premier League side. In England, Edimilson played 48 matches in 3 seasons before flying this time to Italy, to Fiorentina. After a season on the other side of the Alps, our new midfielder signed for Mainz in the summer of 2019.
