Elon Musk tells Page Six that he’s not building a secret, multi-million dollar compound in Texas for his eleven children and their mothers.

But he has some other ideas.

“I don’t own, nor am I building a compound in Austin,” Musk exclusively told us. “No grand family compound/home has been built or is expected to be built.”

However, the Tesla billionaire added, “I do have an idea for a big futuristic art project in the Austin area that would be open to the public, but have had too much work to get that going.”

The New York Times reported this week that sources have told the outlet Musk has bought a 14,400-square-foot mansion designed to look like the lavish homes in Tuscany, Italy.

“I don’t subscribe to NYT and haven’t read the article,” Musk told us.

He also denied a claim contained in the Times report alleging that the SpaceX founder offered to donate his sperm to  to friends and acquaintances, including Nicole Shanahan, RFK Jr.’s former running mate in the political scion’s failed presidential bid.

(Shanahan is also the ex-wife of Google founder Sergey Brin, who has vehemently denied reports that she and Musk were ever romantically involved.)

The Times also reported that, “At a dinner party held at the home of a well-known Silicon Valley executive last year, Mr. Musk offered to provide his sperm to a married couple he had met socially only a handful of times, according to two people who were present for the interaction.”

Musk — who has been vocal about declining birth rates — also denied that account to Page Six.

“I did not offer to be a sperm donor to Nicole or some random married couple,” Musk tells us.

The article alleged that Musk had bought a $35 million,14,400-square-foot mansion with plans to build a family compound out of adjoining properties.

The piece also claimed that Neuralink executive Shivon Zilis had already taken up residence at the alleged compound with the their three children, including twins Strider and Azure, and a baby born this year.

But the X owner tells us, “Shivon has her own house, and she bought it for much less than that.”

The Times article also alleges that Musk’s ex, alt pop star Grimes (Claire Boucher), “has so far steered clear” of the alleged Austin compound.

Musk is in a legal battle with Grimes over parental rights. They share three children, X Æ A-Xii, Exa Dark Sideræl and Techno Mechanicus.

But Musk tells Page Six: “Claire lives in LA in her own house. Our kids spend alternating weeks in Texas and California.”

The tech mogul added: “When I’m in California, which is usually two to three days per week, mostly for Tesla work, I stay at friend’s houses in the Bay Area.”

In July, Musk announced that he was relocating X (formerly Twitter), as well as SpaceX, to Austin.

The Times article also brought up the billionaire’s first wife, Justine Musk, with whom he has five living children, alleging, “there is room in the Austin compound if they were to visit, though he is estranged from at least one of those children.”

Musk tells us, “Justine lives in LA and isn’t moving to Austin.”

The former couple — who were married from 2000 to 2008 — share 20-year-old twins, Griffin and Vivian Musk, and 18-year-old triplet sons, Kai, Saxon and Damian. They also lost a baby, Nevada, from sudden infant death syndrome at just 10 weeks old in 2002.
