Emily Watson and Olivia Williams hit the black carpet at the premiere of their new show Dune: Prophecy held at Jazz at Lincoln Center on Wednesday night (October 30) in New York City. The two ladies star as the Harkonnen sisters in the upcoming HBO series, which expands the Dune universe created by author Frank Herbert. Keep reading to find out more… Also stepping out for the premiere were many of their co-stars, including Aoife Hinds, Chloe Lea, Chris Mason, Edward Davis, Faoileann Cunningham, Jade Anouka, Jessica Barden, Jihae, Jodhi May, Josh Heuston, Shalom Brune-Franklin, Tabu, Travis Fimmel and Yerin Ha. Dune: Prophecy takes place 10,000 years before the ascension of Paul Atreides, Timothee Chalamet‘s character in the movies. The series follows two Harkonnen sisters as they combat forces that threaten the future of humankind, and establish the fabled sect that will become known as the Bene Gesserit. It is inspired by the book “Sisterhood of Dune” by Brian Herbert and Kevin J Anderson. The upcoming six-episode television show is set to premiere on Sunday, November 17th at 9pm ET/PT on HBO and will be available on Max. Check out the trailer here!
