The Rock made appearances on both the first RAW and WWE NXT episodes of 2025, proudly showing off his People’s Championship title. However, it’s still uncertain if he’ll make an appearance at this year’s WrestleMania. With that said, Eric Bischoff has now explained why he feels The Rock will definitely be there for WrestleMania 41.
While speaking on his 83 Weeks podcast, Eric Bischoff believes The Rock will definitely appear at WrestleMania 41 and pointed out that The Rock recently bought 100,000 shares of TKO stock, suggesting he would want to make an impact whenever he can. He also mentioned that The Rock enjoys being part of WWE, and it benefits both him and his acting career, with no downside.
The guy just bought a 100,000 shares of TKO stock, you think he’s not gonna try to move the needle anytime he’s got the opportunity?” the veteran pointed out. “I think he loves this, I think it’s good for Johnson, the actor. There’s no downside.”
While Bischoff acknowledged that a movie contract might prevent The Rock from wrestling at WrestleMania, he remained confident that WWE could still surprise fans with his appearance. He stated that WWE’s creative team is skilled at creating unexpected twists and surprises when executed well.
“I would manage my expectations and enjoy the ride because I think anything’s possible,” he added. “I think they got the creative horsepower to pull just about anything off.”
We have also reported why WWE’s plans for The Rock at WrestleMania 41 took an unexpected turn over the past year, as it’s unlikely he will be facing Cody Rhodes at the Showcase of the Immortals. As we approach the event, it’s clear fans want to see The Final Boss there, so we’ll have to see if that will happen when all is said and done.
