The French team qualified for the final of the Euro 2024 Under-19s, this Thursday evening in Northern Ireland.

To do this, Bernard Diomède’s players beat Ukraine by the smallest of margins (1-0), thanks to a goal scored by Valentin Atangana Edoa after an hour of play (61e).

A meritorious victory for the Bleuets, who will face their Spanish counterparts for the title on Sunday (8 p.m.), who beat the Italians after extra time earlier in the day (1-0).

France have already won the Euro U19 eight times in their history – the last time in 2016 with a certain Kylian Mbappé in their ranks.
