The 37-year-old American Horror Story actor held hands with girlfriend Natalie Engel as they arrived at the Prada Fashion Show on Sunday (June 16) in Milan, Italy. It’s unclear how long Evan and Natalie have been dating, but they first sparked romance rumors where they were spotted packing on the PDA while attending the 2024 Coachella Music Festival together this past April.
