There are a lot of people making a move from the Elon Musk-owned X (formerly Twitter) to Bluesky. The micro-blogging social media platform, considered by some to be an alternative to X and the Meta-owned Threads, has gained over 1.25 million additional new users since the 2024 presidential election, amid criticism of X’s toxic nature and bot overload.
