Another sexual assault scandal in football. A 24-year-old former Premier League player, whose name has not been released, has been arrested after being accused of rape by a 20-year-old woman. The events allegedly took place on October 9, at the five-star ‘Corinthia’ hotel in London, where the man was arrested and then transferred to Charing Cross police station.
