Mojo Rawley was one of the mainstays of WWE television back in NXT and sometimes on the main roster, but he was ultimately released a few years ago. Following a lengthy hiatus, Rawley is now poised for a pro wrestling return with a new gig.

On April 15, 2021, several WWE Superstars were released including the likes of Mickie James and Mojo Rawley. Since then Mojo Rawley has been determined to show fans a different side of himself.

Following his WWE release, Mojo Rawley kept himself busy with a plethora of ventures and acting gigs. However, he has more or less stayed far away from the world of professional wrestling.

In a recent announcement, Jimmy’s Famous Seafood unveiled plans for their prestigious TailGOAT party during WrestleMania 40 weekend in Philadelphia. Hosted by Hall of Famer Kurt Angle and former NXT Women’s Champion Mandy Sacs, the event will showcase the return of Mojo Rawley as a guest DJ.

”It’s official everybody, Mojo is coming back to wrestling….to host a party!”

Mojo Rawley last competed on the June 15th, 2020 edition of Friday Night SmackDown, where he lost to Chad Gable, who was known as Shorty G at the time. While he hasn’t confirmed an in-ring return just yet, his DJ gig might just be the precursor for his eventual in-ring comeback.
