Anu Aggarwal on being called a one-take artist
Talking about it, the Aashiqui actor told us, “In that one minute, I was looking down, and all these expressions were coming out. When the shot ended, I looked around and saw everyone staring at me in amazement, wondering how I managed to perform such a good scene. No one had any idea. I was alone in Mumbai, without my parents, and I was a model. It was a one-take shot. All my shots in Aashiqui were one-take shots. In fact, Mahesh Bhatt used to say that I was a ‘one-take artist’. I hadn’t heard that term before, and I think many people didn’t like it. You know how it is, other people can be jealous.”
