Fans identify Kayla Nicole’s famous ex who dumped her via text — and it isn’t Travis Kelce

Travis Kelce isn’t Kayla Nicole‘s only famous ex.

The 32-year-old teased another A-list romance while chatting with Angel Reese in Thursday’s episode of the “Unapologetically Angel” podcast — and fans quickly identified the mystery man as Iman Shumpert.

Nicole brought up the alleged fling while discussing the “craziest thing” she has ever done.

“We weren’t in a relationship, but … I was dating a guy,” the model said. “He dumped me through a text message … for this singer/actress who was famous at the time.

“[He] lied about it for months then popped out with her,” she claimed. “It became this public thing, like, ‘Oh, my God, we love them.'”

Nicole went on to share that she was “devastated” and “heartbroken” when the “iconic celebrity couple” went public.

“I [had] just moved to New York to, like, be with this person and move in with them,” she recalled. “It was a whole thing.”

That Halloween, Nicole dressed up as Shumpert’s new partner — which is how social media users were able to identify him.

Sleuths resurfaced throwback photos of Nicole wearing a cropped gray tank, a thong and knee pads, a look Teyana Taylor had previously sported.

“I would’ve took this [story] to the grave with me,” one Instagram user wrote, while another gushed, “She ate that look up tho.”

Taylor, 33, began dating Shumpert in 2013.

The couple wed three years later and welcomed daughters Iman “Junie” Jr., 8, and Rue, 4, before calling it quits in 2023.

Reps for Shumpert and Taylor did not immediately respond to Page Six’s requests for comment.

Elsewhere in Nicole’s interview, she addressed her other ex Kelce’s high-profile romance with Taylor Swift, which began in 2023.

Nicole and Kelce, notably, dated on and off from 2017 to 2022.

“I’ll probably hit him with, like, a head nod,” she said of what she would do if she saw the Kansas City Chiefs player after he moved on. “We’re both aware of the nature of his new situation that there’s just no room really for us to communicate or acknowledge each other.”

Her comments came days after she called out Kelce’s “slow start” to the 2024 NFL season in an “I Am Athlete Daily” video.

Nicole did not refer to the tight end, 35, by name in the footage, simply calling him “the guy.”
