Alec Baldwin wants a bigger brood.
Hilaria Baldwin revealed in a new interview that her husband is “always asking” her for more kids.
The couple — who wed in 2012 — share seven children together: Carmen, 11, Rafael, 9, Leonardo, 8, Romeo, 6, Eduardo, 4, María, also 4, and Ilaria, 2. Alec also has an older daughter, Ireland Baldwin, 29, from his previous relationship with actress Kim Basinger.
“Don’t judge me,” the “Beetlejuice” star, 66, told People for their cover story after his wife’s admission.

Instagram / @hilariabaldwinHe added, “I don’t really want one, but every now and then, when the baby gets older and grows up to be about 2, I look at [Hilaria] and I go, ‘Time to have another.'”
Hilaria, 41, agreed that her kids are “really cute” but noted, “My body’s really tired.”
Alec explained to the mag that his family is his greatest source of happiness.
“I always joke with her and say, ‘You know where I should be right now, don’t you? We should be on Geffen’s yacht, drinking a cappuccino and reading a book, and having dinner with Spielberg or whatever,’” the “Boss Baby” voice actor shared. “This is my reality. I wouldn’t change a thing.”

Leading up to the premiere, the “It’s Complicated” actor further shared in the emotional trailer how his wife and children helped him get through a recent dark time in his life.
Alec fatally shot cinematographer Halyna Hutchins with a loaded prop gun while filming “Rust” in 2021. Following a lengthy court battle, his involuntary manslaughter case was dismissed in July 2024.
“Honestly, from the bottom of my soul, I don’t know where I’d be if I didn’t have you and these kids,” the “30 Rock” alum told his wife in the teaser.
Alec joked that if he and Hilaria didn’t have all their kids they could be “drinking a cappuccino and reading a book” or “having dinner with Spielberg.” hilariabaldwin/Instagram However, the actor said he “wouldn’t change a thing” about his family life.Alec reiterated similar sentiments in a 2022 Instagram post in which he reflected on the tragedy, writing, “My heart has been broken a thousand times this past year. And things in my life May never be the same.
“Lots of changes coming. But my family has kept me alive. They are my reason for living. And @hilariabaldwin, too.”
Alec and Hilaria have gone on “quite the journey” — as the former yoga instructor once said — to have the family they do today.

She wrote via Instagram in 2021, prior to having her youngest two children, “After 5 babies out of my body, 3 chemical pregnancies, 1 miscarriage at 9 weeks, one at 4 months and a round of ivf, resulting in Marilu — my body has gone on quite a journey for the family we have.
“I have done my fair share of self abuse…but, through much work on my mental health, I’ve learned to be grateful for her and support her.”
Hilaria concluded at the time, “When we grow to love our changing forms—loose skin and all—that we honor our full life’s journey.”
