We saw him in tears during the grandiose presentation of his son Kylian at Real Madrid. Mother of the French talent, Fayza Lamari finally managed to place her son with the Merengues. A consecration that the 2018 world champion will have to confirm on the field, alongside the Madrid stars, reigning European champions. Happy to start their new life in Spain, the Mbappés have not, until now, mentioned PSG. The divorce between Kylian and the capital club was painful and the new Casa Blanca striker took care not to return to this episode in front of the Spanish media.

So it was his mother who took it upon herself in a long interview given to Parisian. And for Fayza Lamari, this divorce has certainly caused a stir, but she still wanted to thank the Red and Blue. “What happened in Paris is comparable to a separation. (…) Today, Kylian is in Madrid and we can not only thank Monaco but also Paris. It was still PSG who trusted him at 18, who put that amount of money on him… He gave them back, I think.” However, if the mother of the Madrid number 9 did not forget to thank Paris, she does not intend to give gifts to the leaders of the Paris region.

The Mbappés don’t give up anything to PSG

As a reminder, while a gentleman agreement had been discussed between Kylian Mbappé and Nasser Al-Khelaïfi at the start of the 2023/2024 season, this agreement seems to have fallen apart. And today, the Mbappés are demanding around €100 million from PSG. “It is now in the hands of Kylian’s representatives. But I trust PSG that things will be back to normal very quickly. We have just received a response letter from them. Decisions will be made.”she said, before concluding.

“That’s where we are. I hope that all this will not tarnish everything we’ve experienced, that we won’t dwell on that.”she said, adding that the matter could go to court if the conflict drags on. “If we have no choice, yes, of course. Now, I really hope that the contract we signed two years ago will be respected.” PSG has probably received the message loud and clear. They will have to get out their checkbook, because the Mbappé clan is not about to sit on such a jackpot.
