Keep reading to find out more… Yes, FBI is coming back for Season 8 officially! The main franchise was given a three-year order from CBS in 2024, meaning the series is back not only for Season 8 in the 2025-2026 schedule, but also Season 9 as well, which will air during the 2026-2027 fall schedule. The cast of FBI experienced some changes going into Season 7. And while we don’t know exactly who’s back just yet, we do know one person who definitely won’t return in Season 8. Katherine Renee Kane left the show during Season 7, and she won’t be back to reprise her role as Special Agent Tiffany Wallace in Season 8. “It was time to look towards new creative endeavors. I’m excited for the future and wish the show all the best,” she told Deadline in a statement. It’s expected that longtime cast members like Missy Peregrym and Jeremy Sisto, as well as newcomer Lisette Olivera would all be back in the eighth season, but we don’t know for sure yet. Stay tuned as we wait to see who will be returning, who might be joining and leaving ahead of Season 8.
