A new chapter opened in Istanbul last month. Free since his dismissal from AS Roma, José Mourinho accepted the challenge offered by Fenerbahçe. Inducted with great fanfare onto the bench of the Istanbul team, the Portuguese coach immediately proclaimed loudly his desire to restore the former greatness of the Turkish club, which has been chasing a championship title for 10 years. In this sense, Fenerbahçe has XXL ambitions for the transfer window.

If the names of Gonçalo Ramos and Robert Lewandowski have recently been mentioned by the Turkish press, the daily Photographic advances this Saturday that the residents of Sükrü Saracoglu are interested in a former protégé of José Mourinho: Victor Lindelöf. Eaten away by physical problems this season, the Swede has gradually slipped down the hierarchy in central defense. To the extent that MU is looking to attract other defenders like Jarrad Branthwaite, his future seems somewhat compromised in the north of England. Excited by this transfer, the Turkish media adds that Fenerbahçe would have already initiated contacts with the entourage of the 29-year-old player. Note that in 2017, Victor Lindelöf was poached by the Red Devils from Benfica at the request of José Mourinho.
