During the last FIFA rankings, Argentina concluded the year 2023 in a leading position, ahead of France and England. Today, FIFA has just revealed the first rankings for the year 2024.
Unsurprisingly, there are absolutely no changes to the top 10. However, the Asian Cup and Africa Cup of Nations saw a few nations leap forward. Asian champion, Qatar climbed 21 places and finds itself 37th. For its part, Ivory Coast, winner of CAN 2023 at home, gained 10 ranks and ranks 39th.
