Filmmaker, Andy Best is dead

Popular Movie producer, Andy Ikechukwu has given up the ghost.

Andy popularly known as Andy Best, reportedly died after a battle with a prolonged ailment on Tuesday.

The convener of Best of Nollywood, BON, Awards, Mr Seun Oloketuyi confirmed his death.

“He died in an Owerri hospital today,” he wrote on Instagram.

Andy Best produced some blockbuster Nollywood movies like Lion of Africa, White Poison, My Father’s Cup, and many more.

In recent times Nollywood has been hit with the death of renowned actors in the English and Yoruba sector.

Andy Best is survived by wife and children.
