After three draws with a score of 2-2, OGC Nice secured victory this Sunday in a preparation match.

Held in check by Lausanne, Leganes and Rizespor, the Aiglons got the better of Lecce (2-3), with a goal from Bouanani in the final moments of the game (87e).

Previously, Guessand (15e) and Clauss (47e) had given the Azuréens a two-goal advantage, but Marchwinski’s double (70e74e) had revived the Serie A residents.

In six days, Nice will have a final test against Ipswich, promoted to the Premier League. They will begin their Ligue 1 season in Auxerre on Sunday, August 18 at 3 p.m.
