FootballTransfers has revealed that Adam Berry is currently undergoing a trial at Nottingham Forest subsequent to his departure from Manchester United.

The promising youngster has garnered interest from several Premier League clubs, including Sheffield United, along with Scottish powerhouse Celtic, and Championship side Blackburn Rovers.

Berry was part of the Manchester United Under-16s team last season, yet he achieved a remarkable feat by making his Under-18s debut in August 2021 against Manchester City at just 15 years old.

During the previous campaign, Berry made five substitute appearances for the Under-18s. This season, he secured a starting position in the lineup. However, in pursuit of more playing time, he made the decision to depart the club.

Berry’s talent has been acknowledged at the national level, earning call-ups to both the England Under-16s and Under-17s squads. Particularly, the attacking midfielder gained recognition as a viral sensation for Manchester United’s Under-15 team, courtesy of a video clip showcasing his remarkable long-range goal from inside his own center circle.

Last week, Berry took to social media to announce his departure from Manchester United’s academy.

In a recent Instagram reel, Berry indicated that his 12-year journey with Manchester United had sadly come to an end.
