Hernandez has been recovering from a season-ending anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) injury that he sustained last June.

The transfer represents a homecoming for the ‘Little Peal’, who left Chivas for United 14 years ago.

According to AS, Hernandez will be officially presented as a Chivas player on Saturday.

The Mexican striker scored 59 goals for United, winning two Premier League titles and he started in the 2011 Champions League final. Furthermore, Hernandez scored the last strike of the Sir Alex Ferguson era.

Hernandez went down in history as the first Mexican to win the Premier League and there has been none since.

We would all like to wish Hernandez the best of luck back at Chivas.
