Fran Drescher is set to share the screen with Timothee Chalamet in his new movie Marty Supreme. On Friday (October 4), it was revealed that the 67-year-old actress would play the Dune star’s onscreen mom in the project. Keep reading to find out more… Variety confirmed the news. Little is known about the movie’s plot just yet. However, it has been described as a “fictional work set in the world of 1950s ping pong culture.” It is believed that Timothee‘s character is loosely based on Marty Reisman, a ping pong great who was known as the “Wizard of Table Tennis.” We got photos of Timothee on the set of the movie earlier this week. If you missed it, another big actress is returning to acting for the movie. It’ll be her first big movie role since 2019.
