Ribéry 'open' to coaching role at Bayern Munich
Kicker journalist Georg Holzner claims (via @iMiaSanMia) that Ribéry would be open to a coaching role on the FC Bayern Munich campus. The Frenchman is currently completing his coaching license. There is no reason for Ribéry not to return as the team are still on good terms with him and have kept in contact with him. It will be intriguing to see where Ribéry's coaching career takes him, although he will likely start with a modest coaching position within Bayern's development structure. Bayern's senior team needs a new coach for the main team, but it would be a bad idea to appoint a former player who has little or no experience. You only need to look at Frank Lampard's experience at Chelsea to be convinced.
