Former Chelsea player Frank Leboeuf is not exactly thrilled with what is happening at the Blues. In an interview relayed by The Sunthe 98 world champion said: “Some fans think Chelsea can just start from scratch next season, but it won’t really be starting from scratch after spending a billion pounds. The club can do what they want with their money, but as a former player I think it’s a disgrace to see what we’re seeing.”
He then added: “The talent is there in the squad but there are not many leaders or players you can rely on. That is Enzo Maresca’s biggest problem. It is possible that Chelsea can win a cup, like the FA Cup this season potentially, but never the Premier League. It is impossible. If they carry on like this, they will never win a Premier League title again. They need experience. It simply will not work.
