Les Bleues of France head coach, Laurent Bonadei is expecting a difficult test against the Super Falcons of Nigeria.

The two teams will clash in a friendly at the Stade Raymond Kopa, Angers on Saturday (today). Kick-off is 9.30pm Nigeria time.

It will be the fourth-ever meeting between both teams, with France winning all three previous encounters.

Despite his side’s perfect record against Nigeria, Bonadei is however not expecting an easy match against the West Africans.

“Nigeria was at the Olympics where they finished last in Group C. Spain could only beat them 1-0,” Bonadie told L’équipe.

“Also at the World Cup, England defeated them 4-2 on penalties after extra time.

“It’s a solid team, with powerful and fast players. It’s a tough team to stop.

“You will have to attack them while being vigilant about the transitions. We must take advantage of their imbalances, too, on counter-pressing.”
