West Ham United have confirmed that Mohammed Kudus has withdrawn from Black Stars of Ghana squad for the friendlies against Nigeria and Uganda.
The Hammers however failed to reveal the reason for his exclusion.
Kudus reportedly suffered a shoulder injury in the club’s Premier League clash with Aston Villa last weekend.

The winger lasted the full 90 minutes of the 1-1 draw at the London Stadium.
West Ham United are expected to present a medical report to the Ghana Football Association.
“Michall Antonio and Mohammed Kudus have withdrawn from the Jamaica and Ghana squads respectively, having been called up by their countries earlier this month,” wrote West Ham on their official website.
Meanwhile, Belgium-based midfielder Francis Abu has been invited to replace Kudus as Ghana prepares for Nigeria and Uganda in Marrakech.
