Arnold Schwarzenegger‘s spy adventure series Fubar will return to Netflix this summer.
The streamer revealed Thursday that Season 2 is slated to premiere on June 12. Additionally, a few first look images from the new season give a glimpse at what’s to come, including the photo above featuring Schwarzenegger and his co-star Monica Barbaro.
See the other images below, including one featuring Carrie-Anne Moss, who joins the cast this season as Greta Nelso, a former East German spy who has a passionate history with Luke Brunner (Schwarzenegger).
Fubar centers on a CIA operative on the verge of retirement who discovers a family secret and is forced to go back into the field for one last job. The series tackles universal family dynamics set against a global backdrop of spies, action and humor.
In Season 2, Luke Brunner is a veteran CIA operative who, up until recently, was on the verge of retirement. After his last mission in saving another operative – who just so happened to be his daughter – he’s back and face to face with new villains. This one is an old flame from Luke’s past who threatens to destroy the world…if she doesn’t destroy his life first.
Season 2 also stars Milan Carter, Fortune Feimster, Travis Van Winkle, Fabiana Udenio, Aparna Brielle, Guy Burnet, Andy Buckley, Carrie-Anne Moss, Jay Baruchel, Barbara Eve Harris and Scott Thompson.
Nick Santora serves as showrunner and executive produces with Schwarzenegger. Adam Higgs, Scott Sullivan, Holly Dale and Bill Bost also executive produce with Skydance’s David Ellison and Dana Goldberg.
