UEFA Champions League
Arsenal will take on Dutch club PSV Eindhoven in the first leg of the UEFA Champions League round of 16 as they look to bounce back from two consecutive winless games.
The Gunners’ hopes of winning their first league title in 21 years seem to be fading after falling 13 points behind league leaders Liverpool.
Winning the Champions League now seems to be their best chance of ending a five-year trophy drought, and a favourable draw against PSV could give coach Mikel Arteta time to get some key players back.
Kai Havertz and Gabriel Jesus are out for the rest of the season due to hamstring and knee injuries. However, Bukayo Saka and Gabriel Martinelli could return for the quarter-finals if Arsenal progress.
Meanwhile, Real Madrid will host city rivals Atletico Madrid in a highly anticipated Spanish derby on Tuesday.
Below are the full fixtures for the first leg of the UEFA Champions League round of 16:
Club Brugge (BEL) vs Aston Villa (ENG)
Borussia Dortmund (GER) vs Lille (FRA)
PSV Eindhoven (NED) vs Arsenal (ENG)
Real Madrid (ESP) vs Atletico Madrid (ESP)
