Arsenal players celebrate
The UEFA Champions League continues on Tuesday with a series of high-stakes matches, headlined by Arsenal’s clash with Paris Saint-Germain and Bayer Leverkusen’s showdown with AC Milan.
Arsenal face a tough test as they welcome Paris Saint-Germain to the Emirates Stadium. Both teams are among Europe’s elite. PSG without Mbappe has been on good form this season with five wins and one draw in six games in the Ligue 1, Arsenal, on the other hand, have four wins and two draws in six games in the Premier League.
PSG, however, come into the match as slight favourites as Arsenal will look to capitalise on their home advantage and deliver a strong performance against the French champions.
In Germany, Bayer Leverkusen host AC Milan in what is expected to be a fiercely contested encounter. Leverkusen are tipped as favourites, but Milan will be eager to prove their mettle on the European stage.
Other notable fixtures include RB Salzburg hosting Brest in a 17:45 kickoff, with the Austrian side favoured to take the points. At the same time, VfB Stuttgart face Sparta Prague in a match where the German side are also expected to come out on top.
Meanwhile, Barcelona are heavily favoured to secure a win against Young Boys at Camp Nou, while Borussia Dortmund are expected to dominate Celtic in their matchup.
Italian giants Inter will take on FK Crvena Zvezda, and PSV Eindhoven will lock horns with Sporting CP in an anticipated contest.
The reigning Champions League holders, Manchester City, are in action against Slovan Bratislava, with City expected to comfortably secure the win as they continue their title defence.
