Featuring on the Sports Breakfast show, Agbonlahor was asked by a fan whether he would wear an Antony shirt live on air if the forward scores on Sunday.
To which he said: "I'll do that. He won't play! What do I get in return?
"What are you going to do in return mate? Get yourself to New Street!"
Agbonlahor has been vocal in his criticism of Antony, where he named him in his 'Flop XI' of the 2022/23 season.
He has previously branded the ex-Ajax star as 'embarrassing' and a 'bluffer' following his slow start to life at Old Trafford.
The wide man even caught strays from Agbonlahor during last summer's Ashes series between England and Australia, as he joked Ollie Robinson is the 'Antony' of cricket.

"Yes they were outstanding against Sheffield United, a game they should win, but we're too easy to get through.
"Chelsea last night, we made [Noni] Madueke look like prime Arjen Robben.
"Some of the defending, we don't get tight to people, it's passive defending, the high line, we're the most easiest team to get through and get chances on goal.
"It's so frustrating to watch, they've been outstanding under Unai Emery, but defensively, [Ezri] Konsa is out injured, Pau Torres might be back.
