At the 2024 Bad Blood Premium Live Event there was an unexpected altercation between two huge stars. One of them was the current WWE World Heavyweight Champion Gunther and the other was WWE Hall of Famer Goldberg. The Ring General was the one who poked fun at the former WWE Universal Champion. Now, Goldberg’s son, Gage Goldberg, who was also in attendance at Bad Blood reflected on the face-off between the Gunther and his father.
While speaking to Bill Apter on sportskeeda’s WrestleBinge, Gage told Apter that he would like to see his father take out Gunther. He also mentioned that considering his father’s accolades, he can directly step up to the Ring General and challenge him to a World Title Match.
“I mean when he first came out I wasn’t expecting anything. And then he started saying all that. And then I’m like, ‘Okay. Okay.’ And I started whispering to my dad. I’m like, ‘You might want to get in there and kick his a** or something like that.’ But he got out there. He showed his presence for sure too. And I mean, it was just like, ‘Why are you calling him out?’ I don’t really know. It was kind of… I kind of want to see my dad kick his a** now…
“I don’t know. I honestly have no clue. Because, just as you said, you got to go through the ladder a little bit. But I feel like for a WWE legend like my dad, he could just go straight up to Gunther and do his thing. So, who knows?” Gage Goldberg said.
