Battling with the likes of Kobbie Mainoo, Casemiro, Sofyan Amrabat, Christian Eriksen and Mason Mount for a starting spot, McTominay has been deployed from the offset in 15 Premier League matches this term. An injury has ruled him out of the past two outings.
