Gayle King has come out in support of Justin Timberlake amid his DWI arrest. The 43-year-old singer was arrested in Sag Harbor, New York on Tuesday (June 18) for driving while intoxicated. According to People, Justin told officers, “I had one martini and I followed my friends home.” He was released from jail after an overnight stay and his lawyer has released multiple statements following the arrest. He knows that.” At the end, Gayle pointed out that “there’s never any excuse ever” for drunk driving.
