As General Hospital fans know, Lulu has been in a coma since late 2020. Back in July, many viewers speculated that the character might be waking up soon after Lulu’s ex Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna), and her mother, Laura Collins (Genie Francis), visited her in the hospital.

In early September, Lulu’s brother Lucky Spencer returned to the show, with Jonathan Jackson reprising the role.

Alexa will be replacing Emme Rylan as Lulu, who played the role from 2013 to 2020. In early August 2024, Emme confirmed that she would not be returning to General Hospital and that the role of Lulu was being recast.

It has been reported that Alexa will be making her General Hospital debut later this fall.
