George Clooney Addresses Joe Biden Op-Ed, Arrives With Co-Star Brad Pitt for 'Wolfs' Premiere at Venice Film Festival 2024

George Clooney and Brad Pitt are making a big entrance.

The two Hollywood A-listers were seen arriving together on a boat at the Excelsior Hotel and posing for photos at the Wolfs photocall at the 2024 Venice Film Festival on Sunday (September 1) in Venice, Italy.

They are premiering their new movie Wolfs at the festival. The movie centers around two lone-wolf professional fixers hired to do the same job. The movie will be released in theaters on September 20. Watch the trailer!

While speaking at a press conference, George addressed his op-ed calling for President Joe Biden to step down as the Democratic presidential candidate to make way for Kamala Harris, and called it “the most selfless thing that anybody has done since George Washington,” via THR.

“The person who should be applauded is the President who did the most selfless thing that anybody has done since George Washington,” he said during the press conference.

“All of the machinations that got us there, none of that’s going to be remembered, and it shouldn’t be. What should be remembered is the selfless act of someone who did the hardest thing to do. You know we’ve seen it all around the world, and for someone to say, I think there’s a better way forward, he gets all the credit, and that’s really the truth.”

The two stars were also spotted arriving with their partners one day prior: George was pictured arriving with wife Amal Clooney, while Brad was seen arriving with girlfriend Ines de Ramon.
