Borussia Dortmund will register a new arrival in this summer transfer window. After Serhou Guirassy and Waldemar Anton, it is Yan Couto who will join the Ruhr club. According to Sky Germanythe 22-year-old right-back will sign on a loan deal with an option to buy. A few details still need to be ironed out, but his transfer is on track.
On loan to Girona from Manchester City for the last two seasons, Couto has played 95 games with the Catalan club and provided 17 assists. The Brazilian international (4 caps) was also a major player in the Spanish club’s third-place finish in the 2023-2024 La Liga season, qualifying for the Champions League.
