Christian Pulisic has spoken out about his move from Chelsea to Milan and revealed how great it was to play with Olivier Giroud and Rafael Leao.

Pulisic spoke about the joy he experienced playing alongside the French forward and the Portuguese striker. The USMNT star has been an impressive part of Milan’s attacking trio this season and is back to his best form, the one that first introduced Europe to his talent. Pulisic has contributed to 11 goals in 19 Serie A appearances this season and has spoken of his delight at scoring his first goal at San Siro.

Pulisic fan of Giroud

Pulisic spoke to official Serie A media, saying: “I know Olivier (Giroud) well, I have already played with him. I always enjoyed working with him. Rafael Leao too, you can see what he can do on the pitch. It was a very pleasant experience for me.

Pulisic and Giroud played together at Chelsea and the American enjoyed the best period of his career alongside the Frenchman. Giroud left the Blues for Milan in 2021 and Pulisic joined his former teammate in Italy this summer. The pair rekindled their partnership to help AC Milan move up to third place and stay in the title race – just barely.
