Gisele Shaw is moving on from TNA Wrestling.
Fightful (via Fightful Select) is reporting Shaw has been granted her release by TNA. It was noted that Shaw recently requested her release and it was conditionally granted. TNA asked Shaw to work the company’s most recent tapings in Louisville and put some one over on her way out of the company, which she did.
Shaw’s match was taped this past weekend and will air on TNA Impact in the near future. Fightful’s report cites TNA sources who claim the promotion “worked smoothly to grant the release and didn’t put up a fight in keeping her around.”
Gisele Shaw has been feuding with Tasha Steelz in TNA. She is booked for Scott D’Amore’s new Maple Leaf Pro Wrestling promotion later this year. TNA sources expect her to be a regular there.
