“Gossip Girl” actress Chanel Maya Banks was found safe and uninjured after she was reported missing last week in Los Angeles.

Law enforcement told TMZ Wednesday that Banks was found safe and sound and they do not suspect foul play was involved in her disappearance.

Earlier Wednesday, it was reported that the “Blue Bloods” actress, 36, had not been heard from since Oct. 30.

Banks’ cousin Danielle-Tori Singh flew in from Toronto to help search for the actress, whom she said she is very close to.

Banks’ mom, Judy Singh, arrived in LA from New York to find her daughter.

Danielle-Tori and her other relatives became concerned when they didn’t hear from Banks.

“Five days without hearing from my cousin is red flags and alarm bells,” she told ABC 7 earlier this week.

“She doesn’t go more than 48 hours without speaking to me or her mom. … That girl is more like a big sister to me.”

Danielle-Tori, who distributed missing persons flyers in her cousin’s neighborhood, said on Tuesday that Banks’ husband was not cooperating with the family or authorities in their search to find his wife.

“He’s not willing to help LAPD. He’s not willing to help me or her mom find her,” she said.

“He is removing flyers off of posts and cars.”

When Banks’ family gained access to her home on Nov. 10, they discovered that “all of her belongings are still there,” according to a GoFundMe page they set up.

“The only items we did not locate are her phone and laptop. She also does not go anywhere without her little dog, which also has been left behind,” she added.

Danielle-Tori also claimed that Banks’ husband had a “busted lip and marks and scratches on his neck and arms” on Nov. 10, which “he did not have two days ago when police did the last welfare check.”

When they asked him where Banks was, Danielle-Tori claimed he replied, “She does not want to be found, she will reach out when she’s ready.” 

Banks played Sawyer Bennett in three episodes of the CW teen drama in 2009. She also starred in one episode of “Blue Bloods” and in the 2010 film “Twelve.”

The family’s GoFundMe account has raised nearly $4,000 at the time of this publication. It’s unclear if the money will be returned to donors not that Banks has been found safe.
