Ahead of tonight’s WWE Raw, Grayson Waller has put none other than the 2024 Men’s Royal Rumble winner, Cody Rhodes on notice.

The showdown began at WWE Elimination Chamber Perth, where Rhodes and Seth Rollins made special appearance on Waller’s talk show, the Grayson Waller Effect. During the segment, Rhodes threw down the gauntlet by challenging The Rock, only to be interrupted by Austin Theory. This interruption escalated into a physical altercation, with Rollins and Rhodes joining forces to take down Theory.

Now, in backstage video from San Jose shared by WWE, Waller wastes no time in confronting “The American Nightmare,” expressing his discontent with Rhodes’ actions. With determination etched on his face, Waller delivers a fiery message:

“On the flight home from Australia, and I had some time to reflect on who Grayson Waller is. Performing in front of my friends and family, 50,000 Aussies. When I think of Elimination Chamber, I feel disappointed. I was smiling, I was shaking hands, I was kissing babies. Ugh I feel gross right now, but that’s okay because I’m gonna do something about it.

Cody Rhodes, you came to my house, you didn’t wipe your feet. You disrespected my boy Austin Theory. Well guess what? I’m in San Jose. I’m in Monday Night Raw and I ain’t gonna wipe my feet or show you an ounce of respect. So stop worrying about WrestleMania and start worrying about Grayson Waller doing a shoey over your prone body.”

With tensions running high and Waller’s challenge ringing loud and clear, anticipation mounts for tonight’s episode of Raw. Alongside the already announced matchups featuring Sami Zayn against Shinsuke Nakamura and The New Day taking on Imperium in a Street Fight, the prospect of a showdown between Waller and Rhodes adds another layer of excitement to the evening’s proceedings.

How do you think Cody Rhodes will respond to Grayson Waller’s bold challenge on tonight’s WWE RAW? Let us know in the comments.
